Check your order status
Find your order confirmation email from River City 3D Prints and select View your order to open your personal order-status page. This is where you can check your order and find shipment information when it is available.
Track your package
Open your shipping confirmation email and select the tracking link or tracking number, when included. You can also follow the carrier tracking link from your order-status page to check the carrier’s latest updates.
If the carrier’s website asks for your tracking number, copy it from your shipping email. Tracking updates may not appear until the carrier scans your package.
Can’t find your email or tracking link?
Search your inbox for “River City 3D Prints” and check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you are checking the email address used at checkout.
If you still need help, reply to your order confirmation or shipping email with your order number. If your shipment does not include tracking, a carrier tracking update will not be available.
Keep your details safe
You do not need to provide card numbers, payment security codes, or banking details to track a shipment. Keep your personal order-status link private and use the links in your original order emails.
