Refund policy

At River City 3D Prints, every item is custom made with care in our family workshop. Our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and protective of the craftsmanship that goes into each order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for items that are determined to be defective due to an issue in manufacture or design.

Examples include:

• Structural defects caused during printing

• Incorrect item received due to a production error

• Design flaws that prevent normal use

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

If an item is confirmed to be defective:

• A refund or exchange will be provided based on the mutually agreed upon resolution between River City 3D Prints and the customer.

• Exchanges may be made for items of equal or lesser value, with prior approval from the company.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non Returnable / Non Refundable Items

To maintain fairness and protect our custom production process, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items damaged during shipping

• Items purchased in error

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or modification after delivery

• Custom items that meet the specifications provided by the customer

If shipping damage occurs, customers should file a claim directly with the carrier.

Return Shipping Requirements

If an item must be returned to River City 3D Prints:

• The customer is responsible for prepaying all return shipping costs.

 Collect-on-delivery (COD) or postage-due shipments will be refused.

• Any costs incurred by River City 3D Prints due to improperly shipped returns will be billed to the customer.

Customer Cooperation

We are committed to resolving any legitimate issue as quickly and fairly as possible. To do that, we ask customers to:

• Provide requested information (photos, order details, etc.)

• Communicate clearly and reasonably

• Allow us the opportunity to inspect and address the issue

As long as the customer is willing to work with us in good faith, River City 3D Prints will make every reasonable effort to find a satisfactory solution.

Return Process

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Submit any requested photos or documentation.

4. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending any item back.

5. Once the item is received and inspected, we will complete the agreed upon refund or exchange.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Legal Requirements & Additional Notes

• This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws for custom made goods.

• River City 3D Prints reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

• Acceptance of a refund or exchange constitutes agreement that the issue has been resolved.
